Welcome to Abelo! This guide walks you through configuring your organization, connecting messaging channels, and sending your first messages.

3-Step Setup Overview

  1. Organization Setup: Set up your organization, invite team members with role-based access, and configure default currency and timezone.
  2. Connect Channels or Ecommerce Stores:
    • For Direct Messaging & API Users: Configure your verified Viber Service ID or SMS Sender name under Messaging Channels.
    • For E-Commerce Brands: Connect your Shopify or WooCommerce store to ingest customer orders and catalog data.
  3. Launch Your First Campaign: Send a Standard Campaign to broadcast to an audience list, or trigger an API Campaign for real-time programmatic dispatches.
