Messaging Channels¶
Verified sender identities are the bedrock of modern customer communication, protecting brand reputation, establishing immediate recipient trust, and guaranteeing peak delivery rates across mobile networks.
In Abelo, you can monitor and manage official sender configurations for both Viber Business Messages and SMS, giving your marketing campaigns and transactional alerts an authenticated voice.
1. Viber Business Messages¶
Viber Business Messages provide high customer trust through verified brand sender IDs, checkmarks, and rich multimedia layouts.
Viber sender registration and channel provisioning are configured directly by the Abelo administration team.
In the Viber card, you can monitor your channel status and review your provisioned sender details:
- Service ID: The unique identifier assigned to your Viber business service.
- Sender Name: The verified commercial brand name displayed to recipients.
- Allowed Countries: The destination countries provisioned for your sender.

Viber Status Lifecycle¶
| Status | Meaning |

| Setup Pending | Sender registration details have not yet been submitted. |
| Setup in Progress | Application submitted to Viber for brand verification and network provisioning. |
| Active | Sender is fully verified and provisioned. Ready to send campaigns. |
| Paused / Suspended | Channel delivery temporarily halted. |
2. SMS Senders Configuration¶
SMS offers universal reach across mobile carriers worldwide without requiring data connectivity on the recipient's phone.
SMS sender registration and channel provisioning are configured directly by the Abelo administration team.

3. WhatsApp Business (Available Soon)¶
WhatsApp Business integration is currently in development. Once activated, organizations will be able to submit Meta-approved message templates and deliver rich, conversational campaigns.
