Send Your First Standard Campaign¶

Standard campaigns in Abelo let you send targeted promotional messages, seasonal sales announcements, and product launches to your audience across Viber and SMS.

This guide walks you through the essential prerequisites and steps to plan, configure, and launch your first standard campaign with confidence.

Prerequisites¶

Before creating your first standard campaign, ensure you have completed the following setup steps:

• Messaging Channels: Active Viber sender or SMS Sender configured under Settings > Messaging Channels. To setup your messaging channels, refer to the Messaging Channels.
• Audience: Profiles imported, synced, or uploaded via contact lists under Audience (see Profiles or Lists).
• Available Balance: Available credits to cover the messaging cost under Billing > Messaging Balance. To setup your billing balance, refer to Messaging Balance.
