1. Make a Payment

The payment screen presents two primary sections:

Upcoming Payment Methods

Online payment gateway integrations—including PayPal, Stripe, and Revolut—are currently in development and will soon be available alongside bank transfers.

2. Bank Transfer Details (SEPA / Wire Transfer)

Clicking View bank details opens the full list of official bank accounts configured for your organization. Accounts are listed in priority order with all information needed to execute a SEPA or wire transfer:

  • Bank Name & Logo: The financial institution holding the account.
  • Beneficiary Name: The registered corporate legal entity name receiving the transfer. Click the duplicate icon to copy the name to your clipboard.
  • IBAN: International Bank Account Number. Click the duplicate icon to copy the IBAN.
  • BIC / SWIFT: Bank Identifier Code for international routing. Click the duplicate icon to copy the code.
  • Currency: The supported settlement currency for the bank account (e.g., EUR, USD).

Executing a Transfer

To ensure fast attribution to your account:

  1. Copy the official IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code for your preferred currency.
  2. Initiate a SEPA credit transfer (or international wire) through your online banking platform.
  3. In the transfer's Payment Reference or Description field, include your Organization Name and invoice reference.
  4. Save the generated bank payment receipt or confirmation as a PDF.

3. Uploading Proof of Payment

Once a bank transfer has been submitted, upload your receipt directly through the Abelo platform to notify the finance team and expedite balance crediting.

  1. In the Payment confirmation card, click Upload proof of payment.
  2. In the modal that appears, attach your payment confirmation document:
    • Accepted File Type: PDF files only (application/pdf).
    • Maximum File Size: 5 MB.
    • Document Contents: Ensure the PDF clearly displays the transferred amount, execution date, issuing bank, beneficiary IBAN, and payment reference.
  3. Notes (optional): Enter any additional context, such as urgent campaign deadlines or internal reference numbers.
  4. Click Upload file to submit your request.

4. Top-Up Request Lifecycle

Submitted proof-of-payment requests move through a structured verification workflow:

  • Pending: The top-up request and PDF receipt have been received and are queued for verification by the finance team.
  • Fulfilled / Processed: Bank funds have settled, the requested amount is credited to your Available Balance, and an official tax invoice is generated under Billing > Invoices.
  • Rejected: If the transfer cannot be matched or the document is invalid, the request is flagged and our billing team will reach out with clarification instructions.
